This tool makes
tightening a bolt to the exact degree easy. Just open up the protractor
to the desired degree and using the measuring arm, mark the casing.
Use the other measuring arm to mark the nut. Tighten the nut until
casing and nut marks are aligned. Power House Tool, Inc. supplies
an extra nipple for larger diameter holes.

Running the
PTS01 over the damaged teeth on the steam packing will re-establish
the tapered edges. The adjustable tool bits conform with the original
packing. The handle has a knurled black oxide finish for a longer
